Nick and I met and were “friends” for a few months before I finally admitted we were a couple. My only experiences with relationships weren’t fantastic and thus I wanted to avoid them, and I found with Nick that we worked together as a team really well so surely it couldn’t be a relationship if things were going so fantastically! But it turns out we’re in a beautiful relationship, and one that amazes me all the time. This photo was taken on our wedding day in 2008, it was such a fun day!
